Is there a way to do this? I purchase items from a vendor where price is determined by volume. I would like a price sheet to change the price in a PO based on how many items I purchase so I don't have to look at a price sheet in .xls then change accordingly.
Thanks

I'm not sure exactly what you are trying to say but items are bough and sold in the same unit, whether it be each, pounds, or gallons. there is no ability to convert items from one unit to another. It messes up the history records and becomes a real pain to track. Dave

Sorry I should have been more specific. Just like a price sheet has tiered pricing, 1 costs 10 but you buy 10 and they are 8 each. Same way with how I purchase, item, pallet, or multiple pallets are different prices per item. I would just like to copy the price sheet option to my vender as well. thanks for your time.

Is this something that you would consider incorporating for a future release? I would find this very helpful, too, as my business expands and we start buying in greater volume but sometimes buy smaller amounts from a distributor to fill in gaps. I am sure that we are not alone....

I'll put it on my to do list. I don't really have a schedule for this but at least it's on the list. Dave

This will need a lot of testing. I will touch the order screen and several other files. I probably should do this so it doesn't break something else. I will target R2.1 for this feature. Dave

any progress?
I have been getting along without but I still buy in tiers and it would help keeping everything in one piece of software.
