Hello again. Just some quick questions. I'm sure there are provisions for this in phreebooks but I'm afraid I'm just not finding it or putting it together.
1) Is there an aged payables report? If there is one I am just missing it. You know the boss, why pay early when you can pay on time.
2) What is the recommended methodology for setting up a recurring monthly billing? One idea I had was just setting up the month's invoices in advance with advanced due dates. Don't really like that idea for yearly contracts but if that's it then that's it.
Looking forward to hearing your replies. Every minute I spend using this software the more amazed I am by it. Glad to see there's finally some viable open-source accounting/ERP software out there. I had almost given up until I stumbled across this gem.

Is there any progress on recurring billing? I *really* like the idea of being able to set up recurring invoices that generate the appropriate amount of time in advance to comply with the customer's billing terms (net 10, net 30, etc) and to have those invoices auto-emailed to the client as a PDF (assuming there is an email on file). To handle customers without an email address on file, there should be a configurable default email to which they would be sent (presumably so someone could print and mail them manually).
