I have an issue where I'm trying to reconcile one of my cash account for July and a group of transactions are missing from the report.

I can see the transactions when I switch over to the Bank Account Register for the same accounting period/cash account, but then when I switch back to the Account Reconciliation screen, and navigate to the appropriate accounting period/cash account those transaction are not there to reconcile.

There are some transactions appearing correctly at the end of the month, but there is a time span from 7/1-7/21 where the transactions are missing on the account reconciliation screen. I jumped back to the previous month and those transactions are appearing correctly and all transactions are properly appearing in my other cash accounts.

Any idea what can be going wrong here. I'm unable to reconcile that cash account properly since transactions are missing in the reconciliation screen.

I can't think of anything off the top of my head. Does this happen on all transaction types? I have made improvements to the reconciliation script in R3.0 and R3.1 but I can't think of any changes I made that would affect this type of behavior. We may need to take this offline to see what is being pulled and wy the records are not showing.

It's happening for payments, journal entries, deposits (all transaction types then) processed betweent 7/1/11-7/19/11 in one of my Cash accounts. It's a really strange occurrence. I'm wondering if something is messed up in the database that is stopping those transactions from appearing. I was reconciling earlier in the month to keep up to date with my banking, so I know they were there at one point.

All other transactions in all other cash accounts do not appear to be affected, including transactions in that affected cash account before 7/1/11 and after 7/19/11.
