In the shipping pop up window I can enter a shipping cost. Where does this value get used? It doesn't show up in the GL and doesn't affect the invoice.

Right now, it is not used but the idea was to use it when reconciling the information with the freight bill to make sure your actual cost aligned with the charge from the freight company. I also (in the long list) want to include delivery verification and late shipment notification to get credit for shipments that aren't delivered on time.
