Somewhere in this forum I read about the best way to write off or discard items, but I can not find it...
Can someone give me a clue as to the best to do this?
Like entering a transaction for using a stock items as one of your office supplies etc

Inventory adjustment to a scrap expense account. But as always, check with your accountant.
