Dear Dave,

I want to print a pricelist for our customers to be distributed. I would like to generate different price list for different type of customers such as distributors, retailers, end users as set in the price sheet manager.

Kindly advise how to generate the pricelist.

This will need to be done with a special report. The price levels are encoded within the price sheet table. Also, with the overwrite capability and custom prices, additional processing is needed to get the correct price for a given inventory item.

Dear Dave,

I made sincere effort to follow your guide. Though I could not understand fully, with whatever little knowledge I have, I attempted to join both Inventory table and Price Sheets Table using SKU as common joining field. Unfortunately, there is no SKU field in price sheets table at all and the fields of Price sheets table are indeed baffling. I think what you have explained is beyond my scope.

Therefore, will you mind creating a sample Special report for me so that I can customize the same to my requirement.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Here's a report I built for generating the price list output. Note that it uses the default price sheet unless over ridden by the inventory item. Also, this report assumes that you have a filed called 'catalog' in the inventory table. You can use this field to limit the output to just items you sell your customers. There are 2 files, unzip and place as follows:

pricelist_report.php - put in /modules/inventory/classes
PriceListReport.xml - Import with PhreeForm
