In our store we have inventory and on a per SKU basis we have multiple batch codes. e.g.
for SKU 210711-B010-50 - we may have two batches 910 and 912. However I cannot seem to find a way by which I can enter these on a per SKU basis during Inventory purchase from vendors as well as while Invoicing Customers.
As a result it becomes impossible for us to track which batch of the SKU was problematic in case of a customer complaint.
Can any one suggest how this can be handled in phreebooks?
Thanks Ash

PhreeBooks has serial number capability but cannot handle 'batch lots' and keep the information separate. You may look into a custom script to record the lot codes when you ship so you can track where each item went in case of a recall or complaint. Dave
