I could not locate transfer module under Inventory. I'm using phreedomR33RC1.zip. Let me know where to find and install it.

First, check if you have enabled the multi branch functionality in the General Configuration.
Second, check in the Company/Users page, that the user you are using has permission to use Inventory transfer feature.

The subject here is the transfer of inventory not the transfer of sites.

Inventory transfer module is the process of tracking the location of the physical location of inventory from the warehouse to the shop floor; from one account or assets to another in the same or alternative entities.

We seem to be having a semantics issue.
1. Inventory Transfers (Multi-branch type) - moves product form one store location to another. This is part of the core with multi-branch support enabled. Can move to different accounts as well as branches.
2. Transfer from warehouse to shop to shipping - Is not tracked in the current release. You can track inventory movement with the Work Order module (although not in the general journal), or a gl transfer through a journal entry (General Journal -> General Journal)
