Thanks Jan,

In case anyone has tried this. I didn't add a new fiscal year until Jan 1. When I went to post a payment, it showed my cash account with a zero balance (hey, maybe I need a bailout too!). I figured out that since I hadn't posted anything to the last fiscal year since I created the new fiscal year, the account balances didn't roll over to 2009. I re-posted a transaction (any will do that affect the general ledger; GL entry, sale, receipt, purchase/receive) and the balances corrected and carried over to the new year. All is well now.

I'll call this the PhreeBooks Millenium bug. I will need to add a fix to roll the GL when a new fiscal year is added to prevent this in the future.

Dave
