where do I change the theme color?

I would like to experiment with some different color themes.

/themes/default/css/stylesheet.css
But you can copy the /themes/default directory to a new one to create a new theme. I have work to do on the themes. I ultimately want to allow for menu customization and template customization in the theme as well.
