A couple of suggestions for the Document Control improvements.

Multiple folder upload needs to be handled in javascript as html doesn't support it.

Permissions to folders is a good idea.

I have tried to generate thumbnails but have limited success locating a opensource php script to do such a thing. I'm open to suggestions.

I like the way this system shares files, folders, notes, etc. (right click, share). They have a few features that would be good in pb, like email, calendar, notes, tasks, announcements, and a fairly good file system for documents. - http://www.group-office.com/ - http://sourceforge.net/projects/group-office/
