Is it hard to make the main page's profile boxes divided per branch? so a user for a branch cannot see the profile boxes from the others..

The profile boxes do not have branch capability in them. This would be an addition to the current capability. This is a good idea nd I will try to get it in a future release.

Let me know if this works, then I will do the rest and post on the website. Place the files in /modules/phreebooks/dashboards and install through the add dashboard items on the homepage.
