hi dave
i have a problem with granting users access to all reports. if i give a user full access to say invoicing and to print invoice i have to give him access to reports .. but then he has the access to view or add or edit all reports not only invoices .. this is a problem because then he can view general ledger reports which has the financial s of the business , his only an invoice clerk . is there a way to restrict users to view only the reports they have access to .. im i missing something..

Each report has it's own security, edit the report of interest and select the users that can see the report. It's under the Properties tab in the Report Editor.
