Hello Dave,
I found chart account ID and chart description is not matched on GL Report.
How can I config it.

You have posted a credit memo without purchasing the SKU first. Phreebooks doesn't know the cost of the item and will queue the item for calculation later (since cost was zero). This zero's out the inventory balance for the transaction as the cost is not known. When you receive product in later, cost will be calculated and this credit memo will be re-posted automatically to properly account for the product cost. You should never be in the situation where you return product you never bought! Do an adjustment in this case and then create a credit memo to the vendor without using a SKU.
