It seems like the report processing options for "null if 0" don't work well with decimals. I've only seen this in the Audit Log--the values show up there as zero regardless of the "null if 0" text processing option. I think it's different because the values are always stored with decimals in the audit log, whereas most other database fields only include the decimal places if needed. So the audit log values are 0.00 instead of just 0, and apparently don't meet the criteria for the "null if 0" processing.
