just one more note if u doing roles then it would be a gr8 idea to have the price sheet in the user role as well . that is u set a user to a particular price sheet

Price sheets are becoming very complicated. I have too many variants.
Price sheet for Vendor Price sheet for Customer Price sheet for Inventory item Price sheet for Users (customers and vendors) Price sheets for Sales Reps/Buyers
Keeping this straight will be a huge nightmare! I have a headache.....

yip i do understand but i was looking at a way to set a minimum selling price that means u can cant sell an item below that price...

Don't forget about - price sheet for Branches - maybe users will work for that one...
I just wanted to say that when you think about this data and how to handle it, it is sometimes better to break up data storage, more tables with less columns is sometimes better.
