Hello Dave,
please I need help?
I am using version 3 but there is this error I see. 1. My sales invoice does not show everything. it only shows only the customer bill to area and every other place is blank , eg. ship to, invoice no, date and the full body of the invoice. What must be wrong?
2. I entered beginning balance for my inventory using inventory adjustment and i entered the purchase prices. Is this supposed to calculate inventory valuation? if yes, mine is not show inventory valuation and what must be wrong?
thanks for your continued support.

1. On a new invoice, this is what it i suppose to do as you should fill in the fields as part of taking the order. The copy button works great to copy the Bill to Ship information. If you are editing an invoice, this is a different story.
2. I tested this with my test server and this worked for me, did you try to look at the valuation through the Inventory valuation report?

Hello Dave,
Thanks for your reply. This is the senario.
I entered my inventory quantity first before entering price. When I checked inventory valuation, the cost price / unit price reads zero. This is affecting my financial statement as inventory value is reading 0:00. How do I correct this? NOTE: I entered beginning balance with stock adjustment.
Thanks for your continued support
Expecting your reply.

When you entered the inventory adjustment, did you put a value in for the items? If you left the value as zero, you essentially increased your inventory with no cost associated with the product.
