Hi, All:
I want to add a delivery note on the invoice below the last item line with information like these:? (LINE BY LINE)
Lot numner: xxxx
Seal number:xxxx
delievery time:xxxx
receive by:xxxxx
temperature: xxxxx
I tried to add a description from inventory and all these will fall into on line. is there a way to add a note to the invoice without the description item? Thank you.

I'm not sure I understand your question but the list generated in the item box on the Invoice form is generated from the list entered when posting an invoice. As you found out it is difficult to insert line breaks in a single description item (although you can try the character string \n and see if that works). You can also create a different description item for each line item and add the ones you are looking for. This will keep the information in the database with the order. That's about all I can think of at this time.
