Hello Dave,
Thank you for all your support. I have this challenge with Account history. I made a customer amount to read very high in million and the account history for current, 31-60, 61-90 and over 90 was showing the value in unit of thousands and not in millions. why is it so?
thanks popsicles1
attached is a printed statement.

I can't tell from what you posted. Take a look a the customers last 120 days in and Invoice history report and see if the numbers look correct. I would need your journal from the last 4 months to verify your findings.

Hello Dave,
The problem is this; If you look at the first PDF report I sent to you, you will discover that the aged history of Current, 31-60, etc is not equal to the Balance Due which is not supposed to be so. You asked for the customer 120 days history, hence I printed the history of the customer and attached as the second attachment. So what is wrong. Please let me know.
Thanks.

I can not make any sense out of this data. The first image has the aging in thousands, but the total in millions. The second image has the values in the hundred thousands. None of these make sense. On the customer statement, make sure that the starting amount reflects the accurate amount at the beginning of the range period. Also check to make sure you are filtering on a single customer. Next check the Customer Invoice History report with paid set to No for the customer to make sure everything matches up with what you expect.
The form was not designed for numbers as large as you are using. Try shrinking the font on the totals to allow for larger values. There may be an issue with the number exceeding the space allotted and wrapping.
