SKU not Found in the inventory master List

Hi Dave,

We have a Problem on this i think this is a bug....

By the way we still consider the human error is still exist...

We thought Phreebooks will not process and save the a transaction if the SKU is NOT FOUND in the Inventory master list just like Peachtree if the stock item is not found in the inventory list then the user is being notified. Unlike Phreebooks still it process yes there is a notification of an error but still it saves your work...the problem is when you try to delete or Edit/Save i think Phreebooks will not allow it..kindly check this out...

Please go to the forum link above, I think we r having the same problem.
U must find all the posted transactions refer to the unwanted item, open n delete them all, then u can delete the item.

Do you have 'Enable Automatic Creation of Inventory Items' turned on in Company -> Inventory Defaults? If so, the item will be created when you save it for the first time.
