Dave,
Where can i change the inventoryitem type when a new (not excisting) item is created on the SO screen?
Now it is automatic created as a SI item, i want it as NS item.

That is the problem with auto-creating an item. It is hard coded to create a stock item. File: /modules/gen_ledger/classes/gen_ledger.php line 1153 set the value to 'ns' for a non-stock item type. Perhaps a constant set through the Company -> Inventory would be helpful. You will see in the array that several defaults are used. You may also want to change the default gl accounts as well. The only other solution would be to create a popup when posting an order that would allow creation of the inventory item and all the necessary details. This would be a more involved solution but would allow flexibility to creating new items on the fly.

I am not a big fan of on the fly inventory. It allows typos to create inventory without notification and takes away control of the inventory management process.
