I want to create simple sale (invoice) , So , i went to Customesr->Sales/Invoice and put the invoice details (SKU , Qty .. etc ) . Now , what i suppose to do to complete the process ? I mean deliver the products then generate the delivery print out and invoice print out ?? I search for any "Ship" button on link there but i didn't find any !! ..

Once you enter a Sales/Invoice you can either Save it, Print it or enter A Payment. Saving or printing will bring up a popup where you can select a form to print depending on your sales process. Payment will save the sale and continue to the Customer receipts screen where you can post the payment. You may want to take a quick look at the help file. It's a bit down level but the general idea is there.
