Hi Dave two things here.

1 ) Something strange happened when I used the new form designer in V3.0
I changed the field in " data Tables " where it say Invoice Number, Ok when I changed it back again is shows " journal_main.purchase_invoice_id " but the strange thing is that when I go to any statement there is nothing under Invoice Number. I have and other statement form and that shows the same as about, and it worked until I changed the invoice filed and then changed it back again, then nothing shows in the invoice field.

2 ) It would be nice if in the statement where it says " Transaction Type " there could be a field for Invoice & payment so it it is a invoice it should show " Invoice " and payment receipt it should show " Receipt " or " Payment "

The new form designer is so much easier to use, Thanks.

Let me see if I can re-create the problem. I have done some work the the phreeform module to fix some other errors.

Hi Dave, any idea how to solve this ?

If I go to the form designer and select " Field Setup " then " Data Table " then in the " Field Name " there is a pull down menu where I select " Invoice " it shows " journal_main.purchase_invoice_id " then when I print a customer statement there is no invoice number shown. This is a big problem.

Tell me what you are trying to do, I'll fix the form and post it here. I found a few more problems today that prohibit editing any form that uses the entry_builder class.

Hi Dave, I'm trying to get the customer statement to display invoice numbers and payment references.

If I go to the customer statement form designer and select " Field Setup " then " Data Table " then in the " Field Name " there is a pull down menu where I select " Invoice " it shows " journal_main.purchase_invoice_id " then when I print a customer statement there is no invoice number or payment reference shown. This is a big problem.

Here's a new class and report to try. Please replace the statement_builder.php file in /modules/phreebooks/classes; delete the Statement report in Reports -> Customers -> Invoices/Packing Slips -> Statement and import the statement.xml file with the Tools -> Reports -> Import icon.

Let me know how it goes.

Dave

Check your form in the Company Block and make sure that all the fields are defined, you may have a 'Please Select...' field instead of a selection form the drop down. If you do, delete the row.
