When I try to print a receipt the print window pops up but clicking on the pdf icon does nothing. I have tried browser, download, and email. All other functions have been printing so far. Every time I try to print the message "The payment record was re-posted, this may duplicate the previous payment with the processor!" appears as well but seems it would only be an issue for a credit card sale.

That is because there are no standard reports for receipt printing. I have reserved this print icon for receipt printers and R2.0 has the beginnings of receipt printing. See http://www.phreebooks.com/pb_phpBB/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=750. The Sales/ Invoice will print the invoice and show payment received. It can be accessed from the Invoice Manager screen or from the Reports screen. Dave

This is because you have an javascript error on the page which is preventing the icon from working. Try in FireFox as IE gives me a lot of problems.

In FireFox, open the Tools -> Error Console and re-run the report. You should see a message to point you where the problem is.

You are trying to print a receipt from the customer receipts but there are no receipts (templates) to print from. Hence the error. As I said earlier in the post, there are no receipts to print from the Customer receipts page. If you want a receipt, you should use Invoice manger and print the Sales/Invoice form after posting a payment from your customer. This will show the payment applied to the sale.
For R3.0 I built a receipts form to be used with receipt printers but it wasn't ready when I released 3.0. I am finishing up on the POS module and will have support and a template for receipt printers (to be available with R3.1).
