Cant transfer from one store to another V3.3

im using V 3.3 but it seems i cant transfer an item to another store. it seems when you click the add button nothing appears. plainly nothing. it this a bug or just in my installation?

Try this: Company->Users->Bring up your user information ->Save and log out.
