    When you get started with Bizuno, your assigned BizNerd will help get you started. This means your current books will be ported over and you can pick up where you left off.
  • What type of support do you offer with my Bizuno package?
    We are here to help you run your business and get your business set-up with Bizuno. All Bizuno packages are assigned to a BizNerd who will get you set up and answer your questions through the life of your account.
  • Is there an available help program with PhreeBooks products?
    PhreeBooks help can be found on the PhreeSoft Forum and through the pop up based help system PhreeHelp.
  • Can I customize Bizuno to match the requirements of my industry? Can PhreeSoft customize it for me?
    Yes and yes. Bizuno is designed to track your books, inventory, website carts, shipping, manufacturing and much more. The system can be tailored to suit your needs through a variety of extensions.

  • Do I need a specific type of operating system to run PhreeSoft products?
    PhreeBooks and Bizuno are both web-based and thus compatible with all operating systems. All you need to access your books is a web browser and internet connectivity.
  • Are other skins/styles available?
    There are currently 2 supported skins and countless ways you can customize your dashboards. If you are interested in a custom skin please contact us directly.
